How to get to Zelena Hora?

By car / bus
- from the town centre of Žďár nad Sázavou - keep the road I/37, then turn right just before the baroque stone bridge with statues, pass the Post Office and keep going up the hill – the Pilgrim Church of St John of Nepomuk is in front of you - go round the hill from the right side and enter a small car park (max. 5 cars). Buses can enter the small car park, stop only for the time needed for passenger to get off / on and then leave and park down in large car park along the road behind the stone bridge.
- from the direction from Pardubice and Žďírec nad Doubravou – keep the road I/37, then take the first left after the Baroque stone bridge with statues, pass the Post Office and keep going up the hill – the Pilgrim Church of St John of Nepomuk is in front of you, go round the hill from the right side and enter a small car park (max. 5 cars). Buses can enter the small car park, stop only for the time needed for passenger to get off /on and then leave and park down in large car park along the road behind the stone bridge.
By train
Žďár nad Sázavou is a part of railway line 250, which together with line 230 connects Prague, Kolín, Golčův Jeníkov, Havlíčkův Brod, Žďár nad Sázavou, Tišnov and Brno. The railway and bus station are at the same place. The railway station is approx. 4 km far from the Pilgrimage Church of St John of Nepomuk at Zelená hora. To get there you can use town public transport leaving right from the railway and bus station.
